English Call Center (Contract Staff)
(Bangkok)

Responsibilities:

  • Handle customer inquiries, complaints and resolve customer problem with prompt, accurate and courteous replies over the phone by inbound or outbound call
  • Provide products, service and general information to customer
  • Execute customer instruction of both request and complaint transaction
  • Handle charge dispute inquiry
  • Analyze and grant credit limit to customer
  • Update products and service information
  • Identify selling opportunities to act upon it, or pass to appropriate party to follow up
  • Identify problem / issues and report to Team Leader

Requirements:

  • Excellent command of spoken English (TOEIC Score: 750 up is required)
  • Thai nationality, 22 – 27 years old
  • Bachelor degree in any fields
  • 0 – 2 years relevant experience in call center, customer service, hospitality or Airlines
  • Good command of Computer Literacy, and typing skills
  • Strong passion and good attitude with the energetic and service minded manner
  • Be able to work in rotate shift at Srinakarin Call Center 

 All positions require a good command of written and spoken English and computer literacy, with good human relations and communication skills
