Junior Lawyer

Position:          Junior Lawyer

Working Experience:  Experience at law firm or legal Department of private enterprise shall be valued.
Report to: Senior Vice President/Senior Manager of Legal Office

Duties to be assigned:

•       To draft or review contract, agreement or any other legal document of the Company both in English and Thai.

•       To provide legal advice, consultation, assistance to the Company and related companies.

•       To research and follow up relevant regulations and laws in Thailand.

•       To draft registration documents and submit them to Ministry of Commerce.

•       To proceed with drafting application form and document for licenses issued by authorities.

•       To proceed with any other matters assigned by head of the Legal Office.

Educational Background: Major in Law

Knowledge Required:
Substantial knowledge on law and regulations relating to business and commerce. Knowledge in following law and regulations shall be deemed as advantage.

•       Civil and Commercial Code

•       Public Company Act

•       Rules and Regulations of SET and SEC

•       Notice, regulations regarding finance business (especially credit card business, personal Loan and hire purchase)

•       Law and Regulation relating to Tax  

Language Ability: Fluent in English (in speaking, writing and reading) Submission of TOEIC/TOEFL score shall be appreciated. 
Computer Literacy: Should be quite knowledgeable and efficient in EXCEL and Word at least.
Expected Characteristic: Hard working and diligent.
Working Conditions:
Working Place: Exchange Tower, Sukumvit Road, Bangkok
Salary per month: From 15,000 to 40,000 Baht (depending on capability/skill and experience)
Working Days: From Monday to Friday (and Saturdays in certain weeks)
Working Hours: From 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. (Over time working shall be expected in certain cases)
Bonus: 2 times per year
