Import Customer Service (Front Line / Back Line)
Qualifications:-
· Bachelor’s Degree in related fields.
· 1-2 years experience in shipping business is preferred
· Good command of English (Minimum TOEIC 500 up is advantage)
· Good telephone manners and service mind skill
· Computer literate
· Be able to work at Suvanabhumi Airport, Samutprakarn
Job Responsibilities (Front Line):-
· Handling Brokerage related ERN and follow up with Agents for ERN shipments
· Handling the process of document in compliance with Thai customs and other government regulatory agency requirements
· Have full understanding on Customs process and can assist team to solve the problem.
· Contact customers to get shipment details and provide accurate tariff code to be entered to customs paperless / for customs declaration
· Coordinate between in-house agents and customers on duty and tax issues
· Notify import shipment to clients
Job Responsibilities (Back Line):-
· Monitor agent’s performance and submit performance report to Brokerage-Declaration of inward permit
· Attend to all Brokerage complaints
· Follow up day 1, package clearance
· Daily report end of day
· Customs process
· Provide accurate tariff rate and declaration information to customs
· Timely update information for Brokerage hold shipment in TTS
· Responsible for inventory of cheque books
· Coordinate with VLM customers, in – house agent ,transportation agents and customer
· Monitor and ensure that our subcontractor/ agent can fully comply with UPS’s requirements and provide guidance to our subcontractor/ agent on the handling of complex shipments and ensure that any special handling requirements are complied with.
