Manager / Risk Management (00945)

Scope of Work:

-          Set up department’s strategy and manage department’s work.

-          Oversee the risk/credit analysis of the whole transaction including the agreement analysis and also handle the analysis of some specific customer accounts.

-          Lead the team for maintaining and improving company’s assets i.e. account receivables and inventory.

-          Give the consultation to business unit in related to credit analysis and risk mitigation.

Qualifications:

·         Male/Female.

·         Age range 35-40 years old.

·         Master’s/Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration/Finance.

·         Credit analysis job in financial institutions and/or commercial companies (large corporate).

·         Working experience in syndicate loan, corporate finance (medium-large scale customer), project finance (large scale project).

·         Good communication skills in English (both writing and speaking).

Senior Assistant Manager / Risk Management (00946

Scope of Work:

-          Support the Department Manager to fulfill Department’s strategy and also to improve and maintain company’s assets i.e. account receivables and inventory.

-          Analyze the credit and risk of the transaction including agreement analysis.

-          Give the consultation to business unit in related to credit analysis and risk mitigation.

Qualifications:

·         Male/Female.

·         Age range 30-35 years old.

·         Master’s/Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration/Finance.

·         Credit analysis job in financial institutions and/or commercial companies (large corporate).

·         Some working experience in debt restructuring is an advantage.

·         Good communication skills in English (both writing and speaking).
